Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://kateceramics.co.uk website (the “Service”) operated by KATE. Ceramics (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Delivery
We offer free UK delivery on all orders – these are sent by Royal Mail Second Class post and should arrive in 2 -3 working days. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.
Next day delivery is available for an additional £4.50. These orders will be sent tracked using Royal Mail. Please note that personalised orders take 1-2 days to make. In stock/non personalised items ordered before 12pm will be sent out the same day.
Next day orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
If you’re not in, your order will be held at your local delivery office. A card will be left to let you know that an attempt to deliver has been made.
International delivery is charged at £8.50. We use Royal Mail Standard Airmail.
EU – Up to 7 days
USA/Canada – Up to 10 days
Rest of World – Up to 10 days
Returns
Please notify us of any faulty or damaged items within 5 days of delivery so we can arrange for a refund or replacement.

Personalised items are non refundable unless faulty.
Refunds will be issued on receipt of item, though they may take up to a week to show in your account.
Any refunds will be made to the same card/method of payment that was used when placing the order.
